Rachel L Milner Gillers is an Associate Professor of the Practice in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the McCourt School of Public Policy and an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law Center. She directs the Georgetown Conflict Transformation Lab (CTL), focusing on skill-building for students in negotiation, collaboration, and peacebuilding. Her expertise spans international development, gender dynamics in negotiation, and dialogue across societal divides.

Her research interests include organizational conflict management, cross-sector consensus-building, and practical applications of mediation. She has designed negotiation workshops for global clients such as the United Nations, IMF, Pfizer, and Bridgestone, addressing barriers to effective agreements. Notable projects include facilitating the U.S. Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative and advising U.S. government agencies like the Office of Special Counsel.
