Rachel King

Dr. Rachel King is an Associate Professor in the School of Mathematics, Physics and Computing at the University of Southern Queensland. Her applied research spans statistical applications in environmental science, public health, and agricultural risk management. She develops spatial modeling frameworks for ecological conservation and designs UV exposure assessment methodologies for skin cancer prevention.

Her research group focuses on creating statistical tools for environmental decision-making, including wildlife corridor design, drought forecasting systems, and climate risk models for agriculture.
