Dr. Rachel Hogg-Graham is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Health Management and Policy department at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health. She holds a DrPH in Health Services Management from the University of Kentucky and a MA in History (specializing in health and medicine) from the UK College of Arts and Sciences, with a BA in History from Transylvania University. Her research focuses on cross-sector collaboration to integrate healthcare delivery systems with public health and community organizations for population health goals. She leads projects funded by the CDC and other institutions, including initiatives addressing unmet social needs in diabetes care and strengthening public health infrastructure. Notable recognitions include the Early Career Faculty Recognition. Dr. Hogg-Graham is actively involved in grants such as the CDC’s Leveraging Community-clinical Linkages and serves as PI on projects like PHAB’s public health workforce strengthening initiative. She contributes to interdisciplinary teams, including the Health Management & Policy Team, and her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to health equity and systemic collaboration.
