Rachel H. Kowalsky, M.D., M.P.H., is a Clinical Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, with dual appointments in the Emergency Medicine and Medicine departments. She serves as an Associate Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, specializing in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
