Rachel Elizabeth Weissler is an Assistant Professor at the University of Oregon, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Linguistics. She also serves as a Black Studies affiliate faculty member and directs the Umoja Black Scholars Program. Her research focuses on raciolinguistic emotion perception, African American English, and experimental methods in sociolinguistics and psycholinguistics.
