Rachel Brozenske

Rachel Brozenske is a part-time Lecturer at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, specializing in the Strategy, Ethics and Entrepreneurship area. She teaches Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship in Action (IDEA) in both residential and part-time programs. Brozenske is also Vice President at Allison Partners, an organizational development consultancy in Charlottesville, where she focuses on organizational learning and leadership development programs for global clients.

• Education: B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University; MBA from the Darden School (2001)
• Additional Roles: Executive coach, consultant in organizational structure/performance management, board member of Light House Studio and Charlottesville Center for Contemporary Arts

Her research interests revolve around organizational learning, team facilitation, and cross-cultural leadership development, informed by her extensive teaching experience across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Brozenske integrates design thinking into business education through her co-authored work The Designing for Growth Field Book.
