Rachael Reavis is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness at Earlham College. Her research focuses on developmental psychopathology, bullying/peer victimization, friendship dynamics, and growth mindset. She emphasizes collaborative student research through her Peer Lab, involving undergraduates in projects like eye-tracking studies and Wikipedia contributions highlighting women in psychology. Reavis holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and teaches in a liberal arts environment aligned with Earlham’s values. She is a member of several professional societies, including the Society for Research in Child Development and the Association for Psychological Science.
