Rachael Keating

Rachael Keating serves as a Research Fellow within the Department of Anatomy & Developmental Biology at Monash University, specializing in cellular immunology with emphasis on T cell responses to viral pathogens and natural killer T cell biology.

Her research program centers on Immunology and T Cell Biology, investigating mechanisms of immune memory formation during influenza infection, characterization of NKT cell subsets, and cytotoxic T cell responses to herpes simplex virus. Using murine models, she examines lymphocyte homing, antigen-specific activation, and immunodominance hierarchies in viral infections.
