Rabi H. Mohtar is a Research Professor in Civil & Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University and Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the American University of Beirut (AUB), driving interdisciplinary work in sustainable resource management through engineering and policy integration.
