ROBIN RACKLEY is a Clinical Professor in the Department of TEACHING, LEARNING & CULTURE at Texas A&M University's College of Education & Human Development. His academic career spans over three decades, with a focus on early childhood education, curriculum development, and educational technology. He holds a Ph.D. (2004), M.Ed. (2000), and B.S. (1991) from Texas A&M University.
Key research interests include integrating technology into classroom instruction, mathematics and science methods in early childhood education, and teacher preparation. Rackley has taught numerous courses, including 'Science Methods in Early Childhood Education' and 'Curriculum Development,' and has advised over a dozen doctoral students. He has received multiple teaching awards, including the AFS College Level Teaching Award (2019) and TLAC Achievement Award (2018).
Rackley has led or co-led research projects such as the High Impact Learning Experience Grant (2015–2016) and Improving Teacher Preparation (2015). His leadership roles include serving as Chair of the UG Student Awards Committee (2013) and Clinical A1 Review Committee (2017).
