R. Srinivasan

R. Srinivasan is Professor of Strategy at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He earned his doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and previously taught at IIM Lucknow for eight years.

Research examines multi-sided platform organizations, strategy processes in high-growth firms, and competitive/corporate/international strategy frameworks. His publications include cases on Indian organizations addressing platform business models, knowledge management, and rapid scaling challenges.

He has co-authored strategic management textbooks and research-based books on knowledge management in Indian contexts.
