R Spencer Haines

R Spencer Haines is a Research Affiliate at the Australian National University's Mongolia Institute within the School of Culture, History & Language, College of Asia and the Pacific. Concurrently, he serves as a senior career foreign policy officer with Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), bringing decades of diplomatic experience in Mongolia and fluency in Russian, French, and Mongolian.
