R Lincoln Hines

Lincoln Hines is an Assistant Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor for the West Space Seminar at the U.S. Air War College. His research focuses on Chinese foreign policy, international security, space politics, and nationalism. He is affiliated with the Center for Space Policy and International Relations and the Wilson Center as a 2025-2026 Wilson China Fellow.
