Quinn Culver, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Hawaii Pacific University (HPU), affiliated with the College of Natural and Computational Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame (2015). His research focuses on interactive theorem proving, algorithmic randomness, computational theory, mathematical logic, and probability. Professional interests include integrating technology into pedagogy, virtual teaching methods, and the philosophy of mathematics.
He teaches a broad range of courses, including statistics, precalculus, discrete mathematics, linear algebra, probability, applied statistics, and math for data science. Quinn emphasizes innovative teaching strategies and critical engagement with mathematical foundations.
