Dr. Quindelyn Cook is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. She specializes in Allergy-Immunology, providing clinical care for adult and pediatric patients with food allergies, asthma, allergic rhinitis, and disparities in atopic diseases. Her research focuses on environmental factors influencing allergic diseases and long-term outcomes of immunotherapy.
Education: MD from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine (2013), BA from Duke University, and CAGS from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Clinical training includes a Pediatrics residency at the University of Chicago (2013-2016) and Allergy-Immunology fellowship at UNC (2016-2019), where she also served as a postdoctoral fellow/clinical instructor in food allergy research.
Research interests emphasize health disparities in atopic diseases and environmental determinants of asthma/allergy outcomes. She actively publishes in top journals like the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
