Quentin Rafhay serves as a Lecturer at the School of Physics, Electronics and Materials Engineering (Phelma) within Grenoble INP, part of Grenoble Alpes University. He is affiliated with the CROMA laboratory (Components and Circuits for Advanced Radio Communications and Microwaves) and holds dual administrative roles as Company Relations Correspondent for Phelma's PNS sector and Continuing Education Correspondent for Grenoble INP.
His research centers on semiconductor device physics, with specialized focus on non-volatile memory technologies (OxRAM/Lanthanide), photovoltaic component modeling, and reliability characterization of telecom photodetectors. Current investigations are supported by three ANR projects: Alps_Memories, Hetonan, and Oxygen, which explore advanced memory architectures and nanoscale device phenomena.
Professor Rafhay teaches foundational courses including Component Physics, Numerical Methods, and hands-on laboratory work in clean room environments and electronics. His research output, documented through the CROMA laboratory's publication repository, demonstrates consistent contributions to semiconductor device modeling with practical industry applications in memory and optoelectronic systems.
