Qing Ai

Qing Ai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Modern Languages at Farmingdale State College. She teaches courses in Spanish and Chinese language and culture, including Spanish for Law Enforcement, Elementary Spanish, Spanish for Medical Personnel, and Chinese Culture & Civilization.

Recent publications analyze Spanish-Chinese cultural encounters through translations of Mexican philosophical texts, diaspora studies, and Sino-Hispanic travel chronicles from 1866-1911. Her work bridges literary analysis with postcolonial theory and migration studies.
