Dr. Qiang Fu is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Co-Director of the Centre for Chinese Research at the University of British Columbia (UBC). His research focuses on Chinese history discourse, urban social dynamics, legal-political systems, and urban governance. He holds affiliations with the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs and the Faculty of Arts at UBC.
