معرفی
Qi Liu is a Professor of Biostatistics and Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he also serves as Technical Director of VANGARD and Director of the CQS Omics Coordinating Center. His research bridges computational methods with biomedical applications, focusing on cancer genomics, immune system development, and extracellular RNA biology.
- Education: PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Dr. Liu’s work emphasizes multiomic data integration, including spatial transcriptomics, tumor microenvironment analysis, and computational modeling of gene regulatory networks. His methodological contributions in biostatistical algorithms (e.g., eNRSA) are widely applied in cancer resistance studies and developmental immunology.
Recent publications highlight trends in colorectal cancer resistance mechanisms, extracellular vesicle biology, and high-dimensional medical imaging analysis. His team has developed scalable tools for single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, addressing challenges in tumor heterogeneity, HIV-related metabolic dysregulation, and inflammatory disease mapping.
