Päivi Kosonen

Päivi Kosonen is a Lecturer at the Business School, Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies, University of Eastern Finland. Her research focuses on organizational trust, discursive leadership, and ethnographic methodologies in higher education contexts. She actively contributes to the Applied Business, Law and Economics Research Group (ABLE) and the Business Education Research Hub.
