Purvi Mehta is an Associate Professor and Associate Chair of the History Department at Colorado College. She joined the institution in 2014 and specializes in caste, gender, and human rights issues in India. Her teaching focuses on modern South Asian history, gender and sexuality in South Asia, and social justice activism.
