Priyanthi Daluwatte

Priyanthi Daluwatte serves as Registrar at Northshore College in Sri Lanka while concurrently working with Diplo since 2007, where she progressed from tutor to course coordinator (2015-present). She holds interdisciplinary qualifications including a BSc in Biological Sciences, MSc in Computer Science, and MPhil in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Colombo.

Her research focuses on technology-enabled education and policy frameworks:

• Higher education policy: Structural reforms for digital learning environments
• Internet governance: Policy frameworks for global digital infrastructure
• E-learning: Pedagogical innovations for remote education
• ICT4D: Technology applications for socioeconomic development

With over a decade in university administration, she actively contributes to global digital policy forums including the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) and delivered a keynote at the World Summit on the Information Society (2005) during telecentre.org's launch.
