Priya Vart

Dr. Priya Vart is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Groningen. Her research focuses on chronic kidney disease prevention, observational study design, and burden of disease estimation, with a particular emphasis on vulnerable populations such as the elderly and racial/ethnic minorities. She collaborates on national and international projects including the SEE-CKD initiative to establish a kidney disease burden factsheet for the Netherlands.
