Prisca Brosi

Prof. Dr. Prisca Brosi is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at the Karlsruhe Leadership University (KLU), based in Hamburg. Her research focuses on psychological theories in organizational contexts, particularly examining how emotions influence leadership, performance, and recruitment processes. She holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University Munich and has been a visiting researcher at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and New York University. Her work explores stereotypes in workplace evaluations, the impact of digital transformation on work design, and emotional labor dynamics.
