Princess Mazagwu is a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Chancellor Faculty Fellow at Vanderbilt University's School of Engineering. She is an alumna of the university, having completed the Engineering Science program with minors in Computer Science and Engineering Management. Her key affiliations include the Vanderbilt Institute for Surgery and Engineering (VISE) and the Medical Innovators Development Program (MIDP).
Her research centers on medical imaging innovation, particularly augmented reality applications like the Augmented Reality Mirror project, and statistical analysis of medical data through the Medical-image Analysis and Statistical Interpretation Lab (MASI).
She has been recognized with the Chancellor Faculty Fellowship for academic excellence.
