Premala Chandra

Premala Chandra is a Professor in the Department of Physics at Rutgers University, affiliated with the Center for Materials Theory. Her research focuses on condensed matter theory, particularly frustrated magnetism, dielectric/metallic superlattices, ferroelectricity near quantum criticality, and quantum phases in actinide materials. She bridges theoretical and experimental insights to advance quantum technologies.
