Pratirupa Bardhan

Pratirupa Bardhan is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Geology and Environmental Science at the University of Pittsburgh's Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences. Her research focuses on aquatic biogeochemistry with specialization in nitrogen cycling using stable isotopes. She investigates low-oxygen marine/freshwater systems, including biogeochemical processes in the Arabian Sea, South China Sea, and Indian estuaries.
