Prashant Kumar

Dr Prashant Kumar serves as a Research Fellow at the University of Huddersfield's Department of Engineering within the School of Computing and Engineering. He is an active member of the EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Advanced Metrology (CIMAM) and the Centre for Precision Technologies, currently accepting PhD students for research supervision. His work contributes significantly to Sustainable Development Goals related to industry innovation and infrastructure.

Current research explores chromatic focus variation, freeform optics, and in-situ metrology for electrochemical processes.
