Prasad Tetali

Prasad Tetali is a Regents Professor at the School of Mathematics and School of Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds an Adjunct Professor position at Emory University's Mathematics and Computer Science departments. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences (1991) and postdoctoral work at AT&T Bell Labs (1992-1994).

His research spans Discrete Mathematics, Probability, Functional Analysis, and Algorithms. Notably, he has published over 110 articles and received recognition as a SIAM Fellow (2009) and AMS Fellow (2012). He has led editorial roles, including Editor-in-Chief of SIAM Discrete Mathematics (2009-2011), and directed Georgia Tech's Algorithms and Randomness Center (2011-2014).

• Teaching: Courses like Introduction to Graph Theory, Design & Analysis of Algorithms, and Probability Methods in Combinatorics across 2003-2019.
