Dr. Pouya Sarvghad Moghadam is a Lecturer in Operations Management at Swansea University's School of Management. With first-class honors in Business Management and distinction in MSc Operations and Supply Chain Management, his research focuses on streamlining New Product Development (NPD) processes through analytical tools, cross-functional integration, and Industry 4.0 applications.
Research integrates lean principles and circular economy frameworks into NPD optimization. Current projects include developing e-learning platforms and implementing sustainable operational models in manufacturing contexts. Since 2019, Moghadam serves on Swansea University's Communication Engagement and Community Board, facilitating research-executive dialogue.
Industry experience includes advisory roles for manufacturing and civil engineering firms in Tehran, demonstrating applied expertise in operational optimization and supply chain design.
