Porsche Boddicker-Young

Dr. Porsche Boddicker-Young is a Research Associate at the Psychology Applied Research Center (PARC) within Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). As a Developmental Psychologist, she specializes in equity-focused research and evaluation, prioritizing the needs of Black children, families, and communities through culturally responsive and human-centered methodologies.

Education:

• Ph.D. and M.S. in Developmental Psychology from Howard University
• B.S. in Psychology from Morgan State University

Her work emphasizes co-creating solutions with communities to inform policies and systems for long-term impact, combining her expertise in research design and organizational capacity building for equitable practices.
