Dr. Poppy Lakeman Fraser is a Researcher and Global Change Ecologist at the Centre for Environmental Policy, Imperial College London, Faculty of Natural Sciences. She specializes in citizen science, environmental education, and biodiversity conservation. Her roles include managing projects like X-Polli:Nation (National Geographic-funded), SustainAbleYou, and TOUCH, focusing on youth engagement and collaborative solutions to ecological challenges.
Education:
- BSc Hons in Biology and Oceanography, University of Southampton (2007)
- PhD in Environmental Science, Imperial College London
Research Interests: Citizen science methodologies, climate change impacts on ecosystems, pollinator conservation, and integrating technology into education. She emphasizes empowering youth through hands-on environmental projects and policy advocacy.
