Pooria Lesani is a Vice-Chancellor's Postdoctoral Research Fellow at RMIT University's School of Science (STEM College) and a Fulbright Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT's Koch Institute. He holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Sydney (2022). His research focuses on developing fluorescent nanoparticles for medical applications, including biosensing, drug delivery, and antibacterial systems. Key projects involve interdisciplinary collaboration across materials science, nanotechnology, and cell biology.
