Konstantin Lvovich Polyakov is an Associate Professor at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University), affiliated with the Faculty of Economic Sciences and the Department of Applied Economics. He also holds a Senior Research Fellow position at the Scientific and Educational Laboratory of Financial Innovations and Risk Management and the Laboratory of Competition and Antimonopoly Policy. With 29 years of combined scientific and teaching experience, he has been at HSE since 2012.
