Professor Pleasantine Mill is a leading researcher at the University of Edinburgh, serving as Group Leader within the MRC Human Genetics Unit at the Institute of Genetics and Cancer. She received her BSc in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University and completed her PhD in Medical and Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto, where she studied Gli transcription factors in Hedgehog signaling using mouse models.
