Her research explores psychological development throughout adulthood, with emphasis on emotional intelligence frameworks and leadership dynamics. She investigates how cognitive and emotional processes evolve across the lifespan within educational and organizational settings.
Platsidou teaches core courses including Developmental Psychology (ΚΕ0207-2), Modern Approaches in Adult Psychology (ΕΕ301), Psychological Development in Adult Life (ΣΕ0504-3), and Emotional Intelligence and Leadership (ΕΕΔΒ201).
