Piotr Wyrzykowski

Piotr Wyrzykowski, a PhD in art and multimedia artist, is a current teacher at the Faculty of Painting, Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. His artistic practice spans performance, VJing, set design, and interactive installations, focusing on art as a transformative medium for social consciousness.

His work explores interdisciplinary projects and the creative potential of contemporary communication technologies, including pioneering Polish internet art like '44' (1999) and video works in MoMA (New York) and Centre Pompidou (Paris) collections.
