Piotr Paweł Androsiuk is a Professor at the University of Warmia and Mazury, affiliated with the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology and the Department of Plant Physiology, Genetics and Biotechnology. His research focuses on genetic diversity, molecular techniques, and plant biology, with particular emphasis on non-model plants and Antarctic species like Poa and Deschampsia antarctica.
His scientific contributions include 54 publications and an h-index of 10 (Web of Science). He uses DNA markers, mitochondrial DNA analysis, and genotype studies to explore plant genetic structure and ecological adaptation.
