Pim de Jong is a Full Professor of Radiology actively engaged in cardiovascular imaging research. He leads projects within strategic programs including Cancer, Circulatory Health, Infection & Immunity, and Regenerative Medicine & Stem Cells.
Research Focus: His work centers on calcification formation as a repair mechanism and smoking-related disease, utilizing advanced imaging and AI for individualized detection, prediction, and minimally invasive treatment of cardiovascular disease.
