Pilar Thomas is a Part-time Professor of Practice at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she contributes her extensive legal expertise in Indian law, energy, and natural resources. She is also a Partner in the Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group at Quarles & Brady LLP, maintaining a dual career in academia and high-level legal practice.
Her education includes a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law (2002), where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and a B.A. from Stanford University (1983).
