Pieternella van Doorn-Harder is an Endowed Professor in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with a dual affiliation as Medewerker at Wake Forest University since 2009. Her research focuses on religious traditions, interfaith dialogue, gender studies, and ethics, particularly within Coptic Orthodox and Muslim contexts. She has authored/co-edited 36 research outputs including books on religious leadership and intercultural theology.
