Pierre André is a Research Fellow at the Hoover Chair of Economic and Social Ethics at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCLouvain), with a concurrent affiliation as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Graz within the Field of Excellence Climate Change Graz. His work bridges philosophy, economics, and public policy, focusing on climate taxation, climate justice, and environmental ethics. He is a co-author of the upcoming book La justice climatique (Presses Universitaires de France, 2024).

Scientific awards include the FNRS Postdoctoral Fellowship. He has also contributed to European environmental advocacy and project management, though his primary role remains research and teaching at UCLouvain.
