Pieris Chourides is the current Dean and Associate Professor at the School of Business Administration, European University Cyprus (EUC). He holds a PhD in Knowledge Management from De Montfort University (UK) and has extensive academic and industry experience. His roles include leadership in research and strategic planning, and他曾 served as Head of Research at Cyprus Employers and Industrialist Federation (OEB) and as a visiting lecturer at institutions like De Montfort University and Swiss Management University.

He has supervised PhD theses on strategic agility and corporate strategy.
