Dr. Phyllis Rowland serves as an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Indiana Wesleyan University. She holds a PhD in Pediatric Science (Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences, 2016) and an MS in Physical Therapy (University of Illinois at Chicago, 2005). Her academic background also includes a BS in Physical Therapy and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1979) and a BS from Michigan State University (1974).

- Research focuses on motor skill development in children with cerebral palsy and Developmental Coordination Disorder
