Phyllis Pearson is a Research Fellow in the FWF Cluster of Excellence 'Knowledge in Crisis' project at Central European University. Her work focuses on the intersection of epistemology and ethics, particularly examining how epistemic virtues like open-mindedness, humility, and empathy relate to our obligations to seek knowledge responsibly.
