Phoenix Park-Kim

Phoenix Park-Kim is a Professor of Piano at Indiana Wesleyan University’s Division of Music+Theatre. She is a distinguished pianist with international performances across 12 countries, including recitals at Carnegie Hall and collaborations with orchestras like the Korean Philharmonic Orchestra. Her work focuses on promoting lesser-known classical repertoire, particularly by African-American composers, for which she received grants like the Lilly Endowment and congressional recognition. She has released four CDs, including Deep River (2012), showcasing African-American composers.
