Phoebe Bailey

Professor Phoebe Bailey is a leading academic in Clinical Psychology and Aging Research at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), where she serves as Director of Studies (Psychology) in the Graduate School of Health. Previously, she held roles at Western Sydney University, including Acting Deputy Dean (Academic) in the School of Social Sciences and Psychology. Her research focuses on decision-making in older adults, trust dynamics, and emotion regulation across the lifespan. She has published over 65 peer-reviewed articles and holds editorial roles at journals like Psychology and Aging and The Journals of Gerontology: Psychology Sciences.
