Phillip Schmutz

Dr. Phillip Schmutz is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of West Florida's Hal Marcus College of Science and Engineering. His research bridges coastal geomorphology, aeolian sediment transport, and beach hydrology, with a focus on developing advanced measurement techniques to model dynamic coastal systems.
