Dr. Phillip Benachour is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Director of International Partner Campuses at Lancaster University's Faculty of Science and Technology. He leads the School of Computing and Communications, overseeing global campus operations and advising university leadership. With a PhD from Lancaster (2000), he has over 20 years of academic experience in computing and education.
His research focuses on Technology Enhanced Learning, including digital games for education, inclusive learning strategies for marginalized groups, and human-centered cyber security. He actively contributes to professional bodies like IEEE's Learning Technology Committee and the Centre for Technology Enhanced Learning.
