Phillip Ayoub is an Assistant Professor of Politics at Drexel University. Previously, he was a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow in political and social sciences at the European University Institute. His research bridges international relations and comparative politics, focusing on transnational mobilization of LGBT communities, norm diffusion, and the impact of international visibility on social/legal change. He holds a PhD from Cornell University, with prior degrees from the University of Washington, UNC Chapel Hill, and Cornell.
